Setup support services are charged by the hour at $125/hour.
Support services hours needed depends on your ability to configure your own properties or if you want more full service. Also how much training you need.
We would suggest 20 hours of support service to allow us time to get you setup for your first property and do training on how to use the system. We will train you how to add more properties, and manage all the data. If you require additional support service you can buy blocks of hours in blocks of 10 at a time. This includes ongoing support.
If you want us to setup your owner properties I would budget 20 hours each property. $2,500/property. This can vary depending on your needs to migrating data, number of rooms, room types, integrations, and training needs.
You will not be charged for any support needs if related to a system issue. This only applies to assisting you with training or configuring the system.
Purchase as many hours as you want for support and you may schedule support sessions done remotely with screen-share or via email.
If we find there is a system or app bug that has caused an issue that initiated the support request, we will refund those hours back to you.
